Fertility??

Been TTC for 3 months!!! And nothing! Are there ways to become more fertile or become pregnant easier?????

I've been trying for 6 months. Seems like everyone I know tries once and magic...prego. we just need to stay positive :) that's the only thing that is keeping me sane right now haha

We have been trying for a year. I have endometriosis. We have tried:
Extra zinc for both + extra Iron for me.
Arctic root 
With that I had 2 suspected early miscarriages. 
So now I've been on mini-pills for 3 months and been eating catsclaw to reduce the  inflammations in my body.
And now i have a strict diet of No mest,  No sugar and No gluten.
And also I eat ginger, maca and tumeric Daily just to reduce the inflammation as much as possible.
We'll se if it works by april when i go of the pills 👶💑👪

I was trying for over a year. 
It can take a normal fertile couple one year to conceive. 
Best advice is to just stop trying.

But in general you chould eat :
Minimum 400 folic acid
Extra Iron and Zinc.

Then you can try Arctic root or primrose oil.
