How do I get on a schedule?

How do I get my body to agree to a schedule and how do I know what is right? I will not be allowed to use electronics during a school time. Or watch tv. Any tips for getting on a schedule and keeping it? I am 14 and homeschooled
This is the schedule I want:

7:30-8:00am
Get up
8-9am
Eat breakfast and do morning routine
9-11:30am
School
11:30-12am/pm
Lunch
12-3
School
3-8
Free time and dinner
8-9
Nightly routine
9
Bedtime
