Hi everyone. This is my first post on glow. I have been suffering from overthinking since I was about 12. I always thought it was normal. I learned to live with it and no one knew anything was wrong and I have even been able to fool therapists that my mom sent me to. Because I have lived with it so long I never thought anything was wrong and I am extremely against medication.
I am just wondering if anyone one else has had this problem and if they have any ideas to help me. Please don't reply that therapy and medication are the only thing that can help. Positive reply only please.
