Yoga for Wellness

Anyone doing yoga? I just started this year. I go 2-3 times a week for Basic Yoga and Vinyasa. I'm starting Barre next week. I'm doing yoga for three reasons: Health, relaxation, and fertility. It's well known that yoga can help with finding inner peace by teaching breathing techniques to help you relax. Plus, I love the way I feel after every class. I can move better, my back doesn't hurt as much, my hips and shoulders feel more open and strong. There are moves that can be done to increase blood flow to the reproductive organs and perhaps help with fertility. I'm addicted to it. I try yoga at home when I can't make it to classes. If it doesn't help with ttc then I sure as heck feel better anyway!
