How long can your stomach last bloated?

My stomach is so bloated I look like a prego women! 😁😕 I been like this since 2pm. How long does it stays bloated? When does it go away?

Sometimes that is not the problem. I drink peppermint tea and lay on my belly in the bath tub of warm water. Exercise also helps.

It depends on WHY you're bloated. Maybe you ate something that doesn't agree with you.
