Hi twin mommas! We welcomed our twins on Tuesday via c section! I thought for sure we had at least one boy... But was surprised to hear both were girls!  Alessandra was 5lb 6oz, Audriana 3lbs 7oz, born at 37 weeks. Their placentas were actually fused together which most likely caused Audriana's growth restriction. Both are healthy and doing great. Audri has been in the Nicu.  Both have been doing great breastfeeding but we've also needed to supplement to get their weight up.  I'm getting used to feeding and pumping like crazy, but feeling pretty good!
