OPK question

Mary • Fri, Mar 06 • 37 yrs old and just gave birth to my rainbow baby 2/22/17 after having had 6 losses and I'm expecting again on 2/9/18

I took this test this morn with my 2nd morning urine(as i forgot the first) but waited 4hrs. Af ended yesterday and i'm on a consistent 29 day cycle. I know the test is negative but the line colors are so close! could this possibly mean i ovulate while on af?
