How do you use tampons?

I've always wore pads but I decided to try using Tampos. I have no idea how to use it😫 and is it comfortable to wear?

Oh man i know how you feel. When i was in my teens i tried using tampons and did not know how to use them. I tried and tried and it hurt. My mother tried to help me and it was embarrassing! I stayed with pads until my early 20's..then i started using tampons and the instructions helped. Youtube may also be ur friend if the instructions don't make sense. Google can sometimes get you to more graphic content but just be wise about it and make sure it is educational graphic videos vs porn. Hope this helps

Read the directions carefully and aim toward your lower back. If you don't get it the first couple times, don't give up. Tampons are usually a little tricky and it takes a few tries to get it right.

Start out with the smallest size, and look at the pamphlet, like someone else said. My mom told me to aim towards the lower back. Hope this helps!

There's a pamphlet with directions and pictures in the box. It will probably direct you better than us. It takes getting used to and can feel uncomfortable til you're used to it.

I wore one once, it was really weird trying to get it in because i didnt know how far to put it. But i had to do it super slowly becuz it kinda hurt.
