Hi ladies. I take a good based whole foods brand prenatal called new chapter and on the label it says take 3 pills daily so I've been taking three at dinner. From looking on the Internet it says take one at breakfast lunch and dinner. Do you think it's ok I've been taking them all at once? Do they just separate the pills at  meals so that people won't get sick? Now I'm all worried 😁 but honestly wouldn't you think from this pic that it means take at once?
