I used biotin before and it worked..I didn't break out . I also used hair skin and nail and it worked also I was going to the bathroom more often for some reason though.

I've tried biotin in the past and got good results. It broke my chest out bad, though! I might try prenatal vitamins next.

Biotin gives you breakouts! I definitely would not recommend it! I took it and my forehead broke out with pimples, it was horrible 😣

I use biotin And it works great. My nails are stronger my hair has grown three inches and my skin has never been this soft. Not a break out either. It's only been a month😊
