Getting a little worried

😓😓😓😓 reading all these post of TTC after taking out the IUD are making me nervous . Haven't read one that's positive so far , lots of m/c and no results .. I took out my IUD on March 2nd , got my period of the 5th and still currently on my period. I have a 5 year old already and I want to try for baby number 2. Fingers crossed.
