I think it's common that they may not be able to look at everything because of position. With my first there was a spot that they saw on his stomach and it ended up being nothing but it was the longest wait ever! Try to relax as much as you can and trust what the doctor said. Good news is that you get to see your baby again!
Should I worry?
So may baby boy had his 20 week anatomy scan and the radiologist said she would like to repeat the scan in a week because she needed to look more into his heart. She said he was breech so it was hard to look in his heart we seen 4 chambers. But is it possible she just seen something and wanted to check it out again before she told me, or just really couldn't see? I'm so nervous and scared.

I think it's common. At my 20 week scan my tech was having a hard time getting measurements because of the way baby girl was laying. He tried getting her to move by pushing on her, tilting me upside down having me lay in different pisitions but she did not want to budge and kept kicking and punching the ultrasound thing it was pretty funny.... He was going to have me come back but she finally decided to move at the last minute.
Sounds fairly common. I had to go back twice and see a specialist because they couldn't see babys stomach and thought the oesophagus and stomach hadn't formed properly. After a nerve wracking week the specialist saw it and said everything was fine, baby had just been in an awkward position. As hard as it is try not to worry about it too much, they probably couldn't see because of the position baby was laying in. Good luck!
