Any of you past pregnant women or current women who just got there BFP have ring veins pop up around your nipples? My nipples are so tender to the touch and so achy and now I noticed today the veins around my nipples are showing now along with a few little spider veins in my nipple, also so sleeeeepy, I have to take naps during the day now. My period is 2 days late as of today.  Does that sound promising?! Not testing til my period is one week late. The veins are weird tho did anyone have those?! There's none on my boobs just nipples and my boobs don't hurt either just my nipples so so tender :(
