Back pain and sleeping position
Can anyone reccomend a sleeping position that doesn't cause back (side) pain?
I'm currently 25 weeks and sleep with a "pillow fort"; a pregnancy pillow and one to prop under my belly. This morning I woke up at 01:40 with pins and needles down my right side because I lay on my right side but laying just on my left is so uncomfortable. And my back has just started hurting a lot. Any advice would be heaven sent.
