help ? Please ?

my so thinks my being tierd is me being lazy and putting it on for attention ! I'm 13 weeks pregnant can you  all please help me explain it's not attention seeking and how tiresome it is growing a baby ? Please !? not nastiness as I intend to show him my post thankyou xxx

Before I found out I was pregnant I was convinced something was seriously wrong with me, like I had cancer, because I was unbelievably exhausted. I would sleep 12-14 hours, just coming home from work and straight to bed without eating. For the first time in my life I had a dirty house and I didn't cook (I love cooking). I was so happy that it was fatigue from pregnancy! Second trimester I was almost back to normal. Now third trimester I am slowing down again, but not so much.

From 6-9 weeks, I had to come home from work several days a week and take a nap. From 10-14, I took a nap as soon as I got home from work. Now, at 18 w, I nap on the weekends only. Generally, I get about 10 hrs of sleep during the week and more on the weekend.

Fatigue number one. No way around it. Your body goes is going through massive changes. Everything has to work harder to keep baby alive. I can't even carry on a conversation without getting out of breath!

Have him read ANY pregnancy information, book or article out there. Growing a baby is tiring! Maybe even take him to your next ob appt so he can hear it for himself. I'm sorry, he clearly has no idea.

I haven't been too bad with tiredness tbh so far it's really just this last week I've been exhausted gone 3 pm ,I'm a stay at home mom I have a 7 yr old a 5 year old and a 3 year old, she does part time nursery means I have to walk to and from school 6 times when she's at nursery, plus those are the days I tend to really clean the house whilst I can do it all without distraction ... my youngest is getting up at 6 am and I'm hardly sleeping due to pregnancy dreams , I'm waking up every 30 mins and I just can't sleep properly at all due to them , I can't nap I'm the day as there's just too much to do with all 3 running around and he's gotten real lazy he has me cook his separate meal plus mine and the kids he won't cook , I seem to be doing everything at the moment ! when we were ttc he used to help a little bit and at the start due to being high risk of miscarriage but now I've gotten further in he's not doing anything ! he thinks I'm just being lazy but I'm not everything's catching up on me I just need a little more support from him :/

My husband didn't really get it until he saw the 20 week ultrasound. He didn't give me too much grief but when he saw the baby kicking around at the ultrasound appointment it was like a light bulb went off and from then on he was a lot more understanding when I would say I needed a break or need to sit down. Most guys and women that have never been pregnant don't realize the exhausting toll pregnancy takes on your body. Especially at the beginning and towards the end! Take it easy, you'll get a little energy back as you get into your second trimester. But prepare to be exhausted again in the third trimester!

Just tell him that your baby is growing faster than he can blink. Your hormones are constantly rising and the first trimester along with the last are the hardest. Because the first your body is preparing you for the baby that's growing and the last is preparing you for birth. When you get more into your second trimester your energy will come back and that's when you really get a lot done. :) good luck, sweetheart! Oh, and have him read some for daddy posts online. He can learn a lot!

Get him a book for daddies to be. I had my husband read the dads section in "what to expect when you're expecting" and he's been perfect. Good luck!
