Heart palpitations anyone?

I have had them since I conceived. They're getting pretty bad.

I have read that it is normal because of the increased blood volume. I have noticed it a few times myself. But, if you are having them frequently I would call your Dr for peace of mind. Try not to stress yourself (easier said than done, I know 😉) about it.

I've got cardiac issues, and have had them as well. Palpitations are irregularities in heart rate. Tachycardia is when you have a regular rhythm, but your heart rate is fast (typically over 100bpm, however it's higher for pregnant women). Bradycardia is when you have regular rhythm, but heart rate is slow (typically under 60 bpm). If you have any concerns, definitely call your doctor! Cardiac irregularities are common in pregnancy, but it is always better to let your doc know and have them checked!

Yup! My resting heart rate went from 80bpm pre pregnancy to 100bpm!  So my heart races very easily, just going up the stairs.

I had these really bad in the third trimester with my son. It felt like my heart was going to stop at any time. Super scary. But the doctor said its normal.
