Post-workout hunger!

Danielle • 25 year old, PCOS cyster struggling with womanhood altogether.
Okay so I just started working out and am loving it! The only thing I'm stuck on is I have an INSANE hunger post-workout! I mean like incredible hunger. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid it? Or what I should eat for the hunger? Best post-workout foods? Also, I'd like to know your favorite fitness apps?
