Babywearing while pregnant?

I just ordered my boba wrap for the new baby and I have a 21 1/2 month old. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with babywearing while pregnant.

I babywear and my health care provider says there's no reason why I shouldn't continue while pregnant. I just tie over my bump now. The pic is literally like from a week ago when I was 23 weeks pregnant

I had the best experience with woven wraps so I could wrap above my belly as it grew.

I've seen many others doing it and in all honesty I'd rather have him wrapped to me than picking him up and down 24/7 when we are in public or running after him. Lol. He still very much has a mind of his own. He doesn't take instructions very good yet.

I'm not sure how much of a good idea wearing your 2 year old would be. Your already pregnant and adding to carrying another toddler may put too much physical stress on your body. Id avoid it because once the new baby comes you won't be able to wear both your kids and your toddler should get used to walking with you now to avoid any possible meltdowns and possibly physical retaliation while your wearing the new baby may just be a very bad thing to happen. Id avoid it now and let your 2 year old get used to walking more and being less physically attached to you plus you'll be doing a good thing for your 2 year old by letting them strengthen their leg muscles and developing their gross motor skills.

My only concern is the back aches. I say if you are comfortable than do it and if it's too much stop. Its your body mama 😊

I used the Maya wrap. It can be used all sorts of ways, including back and it's so easy.
