So I've been seeing this guy for a little while now and we have a very active sex life, well he has a vasectomy and we don't use protection... Ok so heres the strange part...my period is a week late tomorrow and for the past few days my nipples have been almost tingly feeling... Why would this be happening? Do you think there is a chance I'm pregnant??

He could have lied about the vasectomy, no offense, some guys do that kind of thing so they don't have to use condoms. But if you don't think he did, you could still be pregnant. 
Have you heard of women that get their tubes tied but still get pregnant? It's the same idea. They can still regrow together and heal in some cases. 
You should take a test to be sure.

I don't want to worry you, but it's possible. A friend of mine got pregnant, even though her husband had vasectomy years ago. They we're shocked.
