I think my body is messing with me.

This is our first month TTC. DH and I got married on Valentine's Day and have been trying ever since but it's only been one cycle since then.

I am 10 dpo and I POAS yesterday and got a positive. Today I got two negatives. I am having this awful pinching pain in my right ovary light to mild cramps. I'm so confused since I got a positive yesterday. I also have never had this punching pain outside of ovulation. Ugh :(
