I found out the pills I was taking were actually iron pills and I had thought they were prenatal pills. there was a mix up and I didn't know what was what and I haven't been taking prenatals In months !!! my 20 weeks scan is coming up I have to get regular visits because of my placenta and past bleeding. I'm so worried something will be wrong on my 20 weeks scan :(  because I didn't get my prenatals ?!! please help I'm so worried
