Many gummy prenatal supplements do not supply the recommended amount of iron for mama and baby. Check the content on the ingredients to make sure that brand is good to go!

I was taking those. I think they are perfectly fine. But my last doctors apt my doctor put me on vinate one prenatals. Everyone's different just take what you prefer or what the doctor prescribed you.
