Ramzi Method what am I having???

This is my 6 weeks transvaginal ultrasound! I heard if it's a girl it's on the left? I can't tell where the placenta is tho.. N I was born with two seperate uteruses , so don't let the picture confuse u. Anyway please take a guess at what you think I'm having ;)
