AF is MIA.. I'm so confused! 😩
Alright guys, Â my period is 3 weeks late as of today.. Â
My last period started on January 23rdÂ
I'm on cycle day 49 of a typical 28 day cycle. Â
I am just so confused! Â I've taken a few tests all bfn. Most recently a digital last week that was negative.Â
I have had mildly sore breasts since a few days before my missed period. And have had frequent headaches but nothing else out of the norm.
I don't have any major stressors and I don't have any diet changes or known health issues that might cause an irregular cycle.Â
When I first missed my AF I really believed I was pregnant but after all these negatives I don't know what to think. At this point I just want answers!!
Anyone have any advice/kind words? Experienced this before? Â Anyone else in the same boat?Â
