I've been ttc for one month. I started taking prenatal vitamins last week. What are my benefits for doing so before I'm pregnant?

Well you get all the nutrients that you will need and will potentially begin to lack when you concieve. Your baby will be getting great vitamins at the moment you concieve and your hair and nails will look fabulous lol. They are so important and so chalk full of great nutrients my obgyn has all of her patients take them even if they aren't pregnant.
