Why does my periods not come on the same days😕😕😕

My period started on the 2nd of February and it was the 7th when it stopped and then the 2nd of march came and it didn't come on time then. But soon or later it came on the 14 of march. Why is period not coming on, on the same days????

How long is your typical cycle?  Your body does not have a calendar that it checks. It has a cycle of so many days, and everyone is different

Agreed with the other poster, your bodies internal clock doesn't necessarily run with the Gregorian Calendar we follow. Cycles typically fluctuate between 26-35 days depending on the woman and then typically only vary by a few days for each individual but things like stress can throw you off easily. Remember too that Feb is a shorter month with less days so that's part of the reason it feels "late". It takes some months of tracking to really get to know your own cycle and how your body times things!
