Can I go bowling at 19 weeks pregnant? I'm erring on the side of caution.

I'm 22 weeks and went bowling yesterday. As PP said I just used the lightest ball. Unfortunately, I wasn't any better than I normally am. Haha.

Just use a lighter bowling Balkans don't get ultra-competitive hurling it down the alley and I'm sure you'll be fine! My purse probably weighs more than a bowling ball the crap I keep in there!!!
