Maternity letters to work
Hey everyone,
Was just wondering if any of you have handed in your MATb1 form and Maternity letters to your employers yet?
I've found some really good template letters so am going to do mine tomorrow. I'm a little worried as a girl at my work left a little before me and the manager hasn't paid her maternity pay!
I've figured im going to make sure and hand my letter in early as well as getting someone to witness it. I'm also going to photocopy everything!
I want them to know/sense im aware of my rights, without annoying them! Employers are meant to reply in writing within 28 days so will have to wait and see! A little worried though.
Just wondered if anyone else has had any issues with this?
