Dizzy spells and driving?!

6weeks pregnant today with my first child anyone else ever have dizzy spells?! Driving is super difficult to do and I only go out if I really have to. What causes it? What can remedy it?

Eat more salt and drink more water! I have the same thing and it's mostly likely low BP.

I was having issues with this! I would have to shower sitting down to avoid passing out! I ate small meals more frequently. My issue was low blood sugar. Try that but definitely contact your doc about it too! Good luck!
