I have been feeling pretty anxious as this is my first pregnancy. I am looking for success stories from people who had a successful first pregnancy (that being no chemical pregnancy or mc). Thanks! I'm having some light cramping about once a day, nausea, dizziness, sore breasts. 4w2d

Same here. First pregnant was healthy with no complications, other than severe morning sickness and I had high blood pressure towards the end. That baby is now 10 years old. I've since had 3 early miscarriages but am finally pregnant again, 12 weeks. Relax, your baby will be fine.

I had a great first pregnancy. Besides my boobs hurting I didn't have any other symptoms. My son is now a healthy 10 years old.

I was told i had a 50% chance of miscarrying due to pcos and bleeding early in pregnancy .. Im now 32 weeks
