Ok, so I'm in a weird position. I am pregnant with my third child and I'm only 11 weeks but I'm not really showing. I just look bloated. I just had a tummy tuck in December and I've also had gastric bypass five years ago, im just worried I'm hurting baby by not getting bigger. Last check up the doctor said baby looked great but so far I've lost 6-7 pounds. I havnt been throwing up so I know baby is getting nutrients but I'm still worried. With my last two I was bigger so I only gained 10 pounds but I was massive. I know I'm being silly but has anyone else been small and not gaining weight? Thank you :).
