Can't sleep with mouth closed
Is anyone else having trouble sleeping with their mouth closed?? I wake up and my throat will be so dry, that it instantly makes me have to puke. I used Breathe Right strips for the first time last night and I woke up in the middle of the night when the strip stopped working and put another one on.
