So we kind of had a practice run for the big day a few days ago as I had false labour contractions.

This is my third baby, but as my SO was away for work with the previous two, this will be his first labour

Well we were there, my SO was soo mean! He was saying this like haha during a contraction, saying he was going home to sleep beavuse he was tired, he was so concerned about how he looked, how I looked what people thought of us,

I was mad at his behavouir at first but then I realized, he was acting this way beacuse hes nervous as hell! He is trying to control what he can, as he has no control over the actual labour process.

Any tips to help him on the big day?? I need his support and I need tp focus on managing myself, but I really need to be there for my partner aswel.
