Seven years ago I met my wonderful husband, but we were told we were unable to have children. I'm now officially one day late for my period. I know it's not much, but I'm usually pretty on time every month. What's different this time is the variety of symptoms ranging from horribly painful beasts, headaches daily and extreme fatigue. I almost nodded off at work today... It seems to come in waves.

Has anyone had these symptoms but still showed a bfn? I'm so scared of taking a test because of seeing that negative again. It breaks my heart.
