I told my best friend of 25 years I was holding my own baby shower, she refused that idea and told me she was going to handle it. I told her the theme I wanted, how I wanted books instead of cards and the friend I wanted to use for my treats served at the shower. She told me to relax because she's a pretty good event planner. She might be (don't remember anything outstanding she has planned before) but I know what I want for my baby shower and don't want anything less.
