3w 2d or 4w 2d?

So this app says 4w 2d and I went to the dr and the man said I was about 3w 2d!!! So now I'm like umm... Who don't know how to count? Anybody experience this before?

Natural pregnancies can vary as you don't know when exactly you ovulated and concieved. I would take this up with your doc though and get some clarification on your situation.
