Sick maybe tmi but need to know
So starting last night around 10pm I have not been able to keep any thing down I also have really bad diarrhea I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow I have 0 energy and I know I'm dehydrated I guess my ? Is when should I call the dr???? I just don't know what to do and this can't be good for the baby.
