SPD/Groin pain?
Anyone with SPD or experiencing groin pain (like they rode a horse for hours on the bumpiest road) that can describe how it feels? I all of a sudden got this pain in the bones right where your underwear hits (where a bike seat would hit) and kind of into my inner thigh. It hurts to do anything and now I'm terrified of blood clots. Anyone?
