Need help

I am 7w4d pregnant, I've been trying to quit smoking, I'm finding it real hard. Everyone smokes around me, and honestly it calms my queasy stomach. I know it's not healthy for my baby, and I need to quit. Anyone know of any remedies that will help. Anything will do. Thank you.
