My husband went and told his family immediately after the positive pregnancy test. I waited about a week or two to tell my family (they went on vacation). Then, everyone else, after the first official scan and heartbeat (at 12 weeks).

Told family and close friends around 6 weeks and everyone else at 13 weeks.
