My period isn't late,my period is early. ..try 8 days early

So I've been having my period it says on here every 18 to 19 days apart I started today and I'm early and in so much pain I want to cry. ..and I'm 8 days early also, my body is doing some weird things lately. .seeing my doctor April 2nd. Help anyone got any ideas what's going on with me?
