Im 10 weeks today. Im so very happy im preg. But im so tired and so tired of throwing up. I was put on meds because i had lost 7lbs in 2wks. And was very dehydrated.

I work, deal with bills, have lots of doc apts because of a recent car collision do i have chiroptactor apts and physical theropy and lawyer apts

Not to mention ob wic and medicade apts.

Im so stressed im thinking of taking a leave of absence from work.

Am i the only one that feels this way?
