I'm not pregnant and don't plan to be for a long time. However, I'm getting married in a few weeks and my father continuously gives me crap about the pre workout I take, C4. He's convinced it'll harm a fetus/baby, if I continue taking it and end up with an unplanned pregnancy. So I'm curious. Has anyone had any ill effects from any form of pre workout with their pregnancies or know of anyone that has had problems?
