Morning sickness

So I have had it for a few weeks and all the sudden I have none today... It was really bad yesturday. I am worried because obviously I don't want to miscarry... Has anyone else experienced abrupt stop of symptoms, is this normal? Should I be worried? I'm 7 weeks as of yesturday... Thank you so much!
