Working while pregnant

I NEED my patients back!! I'm a nanny for a 2 year old boy and 5 month old twins. The 2 year old repeats his self over an over an over tell I say something back. I feel like all the twins do is cry I loved my job before I got pregnant but now I have no patients to deal with anything! I literally wanna sit in a room where is completely quiet all day! 😲🔫 HELP what can I do???
