How long to leave a soft cup in?

Me and my so used our new donor today and I was wondering how long to leave the soft cup in for?

I left it in for 12 hours when I tried it. I never used them again because I could never get them to fit properly. good luck♡

I left it in 6-12 hours depending (3 tries in one cycle) and got a bfp. It was hard to get out, but not terrible!

I only left it in for 4 hours and let my body have all the organisms it wanted so it would naturally make its way up there and then just relaxed and chilled for the rest of the day. Worked on our second time trying at home with a friend donor.

I was going to use one but when we inseminated I was resting so comfortably and I took it out the packet and looked at it and just thought 'no way!' So I stayed legs up instead and then went to sleep instead.
