Anyway to soothe them? Even the shower water hurts! I've found not wearing a bra helps my sore boobs, but then certain shirts I can't wear because my areolas are to sensitive and if the shirt rubs them it hurts so bad! Going to get a few sports bras or something this weekend in a bigger size, but I'm sure that won't be a fix all since they always are irritated from being so sensitive. And am I the only one with this happening to? 😣
