Hey pregnant ladies, what do you girls do when you're suffering from a headache?

18 weeks pregnant,   ibuprofen was my best friend but since I became pregnant we stopped communicating lol.

Any idea on how to get rid of a headache?

Tylenol and a coke... It's ok to have a little caffeine and it does wonders for headaches

Tylenol, a big glass of water, and a dark room lol pregnancy headaches are awful.

Drink lots and lots of water! I noticed when I don't drink enough now while pregnant it's a big trigger for headaches. If I do get one I drink some chamomile tea and try to lay down.

Omg lately very often. Daily. I wake up with one. This Tylenol don't help. I take it before I get out of bed. I always check my blood pressure because I had preeclampsia before with the second.

If I'm home I'll lie down with a cold wash cloth on my forehead. I find its soothing

My doctor said its okay to still take ibuprofen up until 32 weeks. So I would check with your doctor and see if that is okay with your pregnancy

You are able to take Tylenol extra strength. But I think you can only take 2 a day.

I never got headaches before I was pregnant...they are terrible! If I can't stay in bed, I'll drink some water. A lot of over the counter headache drugs have a bit of caffeine in them...I've noticed if I drink tea with caffeine it does help and a little goes a long way :)
