Baby in a one bedroom - tips?!

Question

We live in NYC and will stay in our one bedroom until our lease is up when the baby will be 8 months. Until then, any tips on how to manage? Did anyone try a mini crib? Or crib on wheels? More concerned with the sleeping/nap logistics than toys, etc. thanks in advance!!!

I'd get a playpen/pack in play. They have they changing table attachment and if you need to take it down it's easy to.

Try a bassinet, we shared a bedroom with our first till he was almost a year.

Your landlord wont let you break your lease? I know in NJ there is a law that lanlords must let you out of your lease if you add a child to the lease of a one bedroom as it is illegal. I would move as soon as possible. That alot of stuff to fit into a one bedroom.

I share a bedroom with my 1 1/2 year old which is hard now and we're moving soon but how we've done it is using a pack and play. We used a crib while he was very small because the changing table attached to the crib was so awesome and had shelves and drawers... But that thing was huge. We also put a short dresser in the closet to have more room in the bedroom (we have two dressers) and we utilize the diaper hanging bag to store things. For the living room we keep a giant toy chest

Mini crib could work- do you have a big closet or nook? Dohm white noise machine. At first, it will sleep anywhere. Four months is when I'd say you'll need more of a setup.
