SO doesn't care when i cry. Anyone else have this problem?

I don't cry often but if I am upset about something he completely ignores me.
Weither its an argument between us or if its another problem..
I thought at first that maybe he doesn't know how to react but I see him able to comfort others just fine. I don't know why its different with me.

I know the feeling. At first it would get to him, but since I'm a big cry baby he got use to it and acts like I'm not even crying which really annoy me. I agree w the other comment, his parents have a lot to do w it cus his mom (my MIL)showed very little emotion towards her children.

Dear lord these all sound horrible! My husband will comfort me in nearly every way or reason I'm upset or crying! If we're fighting n I cry,he gives us space to calm down, but he then always comes back to apologize or start the conversation over again in a calmer manner. Or if I'm crying over something silly he'll tease me in an adoring manner and again give me a hug or kiss. I'd be absolutely crushed to be with a man that doesn't give a shit when I cry. 😢

A ton of men are essentially trained to not handle/be emotionless. Look at his parents for guidance.

my bf is the same, he'll let me cry and when he realizes im really upset and not going to stop he'll pull me in and hold me me until i stop.

yup, i have this a lot as well. maybe not always, but many times im just left when im upset. i've learnt to not let on when im upset now because he just doesnt help. sometimes he asks if im ok but whenever i answered he'd either ignore it, brush it off or doesnt do much at all. so if he asks now i just say im fine or say its nothing... 😔
